Established in 2015 as a catering company, The Xef expanded five years ago with a small GastroPub to serve their esteemed clientele. Two years ago, the business relocated to a larger space, transforming the GastroPub into a full-fledged restaurant.
At The Xef, patrons can savor classic Spanish cuisine or opt for the more contemporary Menu del Xef. Their menu focuses on local market cuisine featuring Spanish products, with an emphasis on fish and seafood.
The catering service continues to flourish, accommodating events of all sizes, from private homes to fine dining experiences tailored to client’s preferences.
Additionally, The Xef has introduced Rico, an outlet wine shop offering Spanish wines at competitive prices and a selection of traditional Spanish dishes available for home delivery.
The Xef also hosts cooking shows for businesses and in-person cooking classes, further showcasing their culinary expertise.
