S.C.A. Ganadera del Valle de los Pedroches (COVAP) is a cooperative of farmers which has been maintained its commitment to authenticity for generation after generation.
Their farmers have been breeding the best acorn-fed Ibérico pigs for more than four generations, which made them a symbol of tradition and quality.
Thanks to the closed-loop production method, they can guarantee two values in the entire process, from the breeding of their 100% Ibérico pigs through to the traditional artisanal creation of all their products. Also, Thanks to their closed production cycle, they can ensure traceability from the origin.
