Delicious tapas, wines and raffles is how we would describe our March Networking Night at El Cubito.
As we do every last Wednesday of the month, on March 28th we held our monthly networking night bringing together diplomats, business men and women, proffesors and students living in Korea to discuss about the Spanish community in South Korea, business experiences and opportunities in both markets and enjoy the Spanish cusine. This time, besides ESCCK members and Spanish cusine lovers attending our event, we were honored to have His Excellency Ambassador Mr. Gonzálo Ortiz, Spanish Emabassador in South Korea.
Spanish Restaurant El Cubito surprised everyone with a special tapas menu which consisted of: Russian salad, surimi with achovy pincho, mussel in vinagrette, black croquette with garlic oil, baby shrimp tortita with lime mayonaise, meatball with pepitoria sauce, piquillo pepers with beef cheek and mushroom stuffing and traditional spanish cheesecake. Regarding beverages we could enjoy Estrella Damm beer, Sureo sangría and rosé and red wine.
Half way through the night, our traditional raffle took place awarding seven lucky winners with a Estrella Damm gift set, Spanish wine and an El Cubito voucher.
